Former Dude of the Day Joe Posnanski recently asked his readers a great question: who is the worst actor in the world, Tom Cruise or Kevin Costner? After recently seeing Nicholas Cage and his atrocious Italian accent muddle their way through Captain Corelli's Mandolin, I think we have a new candidate. Cage's acting is always wooden; his performances are always caricatures; and he actually named his son Kal El, after Superman's real name on the planet Krypton.
